Jess Bunyard - Editor

Jess Bunyard is a Level 2 RFU coach with a BA and MA from Goldsmiths, University of London. Jess is also the Head Coach of Women and Girls Rugby and Coach Developer at Huddersfield RUFC. She has guest coached men’s teams and has previously coached Yorkshire U18s.

LEANNE RILEY

Leanne Riley is a current Harlequins and England player and a member of the Girls Rugby Club Advisory Board. She won the 2012 Hong Kong Sevens and she made her 15s test debut in 2013 against South Africa. Leanne has over 25 international caps.

LIZA "BIRD" BURGESS

Liza is a World Rugby Hall of Fame inductee 2018, won 93 international caps for Wales and GB, 62 times as captain. She is WRU board member, recently taking up the role of vice-chair. Liza records a regular podcast for Women's Rugby Coaching and is an ambassador for the magazine.

CAOIMHE MORRIS

Caoimhe Morris is a strength and conditioning and rugby coach. She’s currently the women’s coordinator of Rugby Academy Ireland and Head of Education for Deely Sport Science. Caoimhe coaches Head Coach Mount Temple SCT and Clontarf Women's Rugby.

KAT WHELAN

Kat Whelan has a background in Olympic Weightlifting and is currently working for the sport department at the University of Warwick and undertaking a strength and conditioning internship. She is also a Sports Therapist for Severn Stars Vitality Netball Super League and a volunteer S&C coach with Coventry United Ladies FC.
